Tickets & Pre Sale tickets must be purchased through Wade Shows Innovative Ticketing Web Page. Holy Family Church office does not assist in ordering or picking up of carnival tickets. All tickets are sold and picked up on site at will call at Wade Shows Office Trailer any time during carnival hours. Please make sure you keep a receipt of your ticket purchase transaction, as this will help in getting your tickets without an issue.

No, the concourse is open for people to walk around freely within the gated areas. However, if you would like to get on any rides throughout the carnival, those must be paid for through Wade ahead of time.

There is no ATM on site. Summerfest tickets and food vendors accept cash and credit card for your convenience. There is an ATM located up the street at many gas stations along Route 4.

No, if we decide to cancel, we will notify everyone on socials and our website. Due to the heat of July, the weather can rapidly change. Any tickets purchased for rides the day of the event unfortunately are non refundable. Please contact Wade Shows directly in the event of this happening. Be sure to come prepared with an umbrella we do have some tents so do not let the weather stop you from coming out and having a great time!

Yes there will be alcohol served near the main tent where the live entertainment is. No alcohol can leave the Beer garden or Entertainment tent. ID’s will be checked regularly.

The parking lot behind the church has 176 usable regular parking spots. Overflow parking is located behind the Religious Education building near the Benedictine Sisters residence. You can park on route 4 but it is at your own risk. We would not recommend it.

We decided not to offer a complimentary shuttle this year. Please plan ahead and check Holy Family Summerfest media channels for hour by hour updates.
